This collection is inspired by my childhood fascination for ruffle. Those times I not only wanted to have ruffled or scalloped dresses, also everything else had to be princess-like. Since I still want to express the same bold and playful energy, but keep distance from the victorian look, I’ve incorporated contrasting and natural edges into ceramics. They are mainly black, it's nothing special to have a white surface after all.
